I’ve had Sports Massages with FMK in the last few years and I would thoroughly recommend them. Ellis uses a variety of techniques during massage appointments, including cupping therapy and ultrasound. Lisa was particularly able bodied with manipulation and I couldn't recommend her enough, when I had thought all hope was gone with a frozen shoulder. After only 3 sessions (even after 2 results were noticeable) my condition was improved to the extent that my pain had deterioted and I was enjoying near full mobility. I can't recommend FMK highly enough. Two years ago sciatic nerve problems put me off my feet for two months. Lisa and her team picked me up, dusted me down and put me together again.  It's been a long slow process but with personalised support all the way. I've just, a couple of days ago. had a massage session on my leg, given by Katie, who has thumbs that know exactly where the ache is, and I am still feeling the benefit. I have been treated at FMK for about 4 years. Sometimes just for maintenance just to keep me mobile and pain free. Other times for specific problems like knee pain or currently a frozen shoulder.
